		<description>on a different note saw in todays news that they are using stem cells to regrow breast for women who have had breasts removed with breast cancer. could this work for transgender as well?</description>

		<description>I would say (and bear in mind that I am by no means an expert) that someone would need to have a phalloplasty to create a penis-structure. Once this has healed, people at the moment can get surgery for erectile implants - and I would say this new technique could replace those erectile implants. It couldn&#039;t replace the surgery altogether, but it might make it &quot;work&quot; more naturally afterwards. I hear the clitoris has erectile tissue in it (so does the nose!), so those cells might work as the initial cell culture. &#039;Tis a good question Lab Rat!</description>
